Damages and issues

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your garment immediately for any defects and damage and / or wrong item.  Contact us immediately so we can get it right for you ASAP.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

We are so sorry but we do not accept returns on certain, delicate garments or body suits but our team here is an email away to answer any questions you may have about the garment. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

If you are in a rush for an exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
