QORE REFUND POLICY
Our 7-day return policy means upon receiving the QORE item, you have 7 days to request a return with our team.
All items that eligible for return must be in the same condition that you received it; meaning unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns will be accepted when :
• Items are in their original condition.
• Items are in their original packaging.
• Tags remain attached to garments.
• Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.
We do not allow returns for the following :
• Products received without authorization.
• Products purchased during a promotional sale period (more than 30% off) or on markdown/final sale.
• Underwear, lingerie, or swimwear bottoms (including one pieces and sets).
• Garments that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them.
• Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
• Products without their tags attached.
• Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odor.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.
Damages and issues
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your garment immediately for any defects and damage and / or wrong item. Contact us immediately so we can get it right for you ASAP
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are so sorry but we do not accept returns on certain, delicate garments or body suits but our team here is an email away to answer any questions you may have about the garment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you are in a rush for an exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Keep in mind, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
